Join us at Slate Boutique as we clear the floors and bring in the yoga mats for a new moon gathering and breathwork collective. 

Coming together and bringing with us our new dreams, disires, and intentions for the upcoming moon cycle. Diving deep into our bodies with breathwork as we release what is no longer serving us and create space for our new intentions to grow and bloom. 

Please come with the intention to be open and receptive.

THINGS TO BRING:

An empty stomach ( Please eat an early or light dinner if needed)

Eye mask/eye covering

Journal & pen

Yoga mat (some will be available if needed)

Blanket (zoom only)

Headphones (zoom only)

Anything that brings your joy or comfort like a crystal or picture

An Intention of what you would like to either release or bring in. Or both.

IF DONE VIA ZOOM:

Creating your space:

Set up your space so you can lay down and be comfortable.

If done via zoom, you will need to set up your computer or phone in a way that I can see your whole body while you are breathing.
